whew

its been a long week

wow. my oh my. i am glad it is finally the week end – tonite its just me, maggie, melinda and a bottle of red. oh, and don’t forget to do a post today or i’ll blow nablopomo barely one week in..

i did do my therapy exercises today, and i “wogged” yesterday. last night, there was a botox party at the medspa (i gave a few injections and ate too much brie). work today was nice. i found an actual coworker who voted for obama. that makes two of us.

looking forward to a nice weekend, and trying to get back on track exercise and diet wise.

time to rest. and try to take it all in…

i believe that children are our future

actually, i just felt like saying that after my bff tagged me last week with this meme. what i REALLY believe is this:

1. it is better to be a pessimistic optimist then an optimistic pessimist
2. this new ipod (code name: iPodius) is going to get snapped in half within the next month

3. i have the potential to be a really really good singer – even outside the shower
4. it was cosmically fated that i be the only person with my mom when she died
5. that souls look like raviolis with legs and faces and live in heaven, which is located in those fluffy clouds you fly through when reaching altitude on a plane.

on reading this i also believe i am apparently weirdly fixated on death. sigh.

i am having a fit

well, more like my own little pity party. no reason, really. i survived work last week, had an ok weekend – which included the discovery that i have enough amex points to get myself a new ipod nano (in green thank you very much) for free and halfway decent weather.

work was ok today, and my med combo and time are working in my favor.

but today i am having an “i feel fat and ugly – i must eat everything i see” day. i feel like posting, but haven’t had energy – plus nablopomo is approaching, and i am thinking of doing it for both blogs. it used to be a “post every day for the month of november” type deal, but know it is live 365, but still.

i lost my false sense of well being somewhere today as well. poo.
