this post on a practical wedding today really hits the spot…

When things go wrong on your wedding day, don’t let it ruin your experience. If you go into it knowing that something is likely to go all wackadoodle, you’ll be fine.

and her headgear (veil/blusher/birdcage/fascinator – yes, i think headgear is just easier) is to die.

  1. I totally agree with this advice! I try to approach every major event this way, because truthfully something almost always goes wrong, and it’s pretty much never the things I think it’s gonna be (because otherwise I might’ve done something in advance).
